Laurel took a little longer to mature in the Show ring and her first 4 shows had mixed results. In May 2008 she started to take off and qualified for Crufts 2009 by gaining 3rd in Minor Puppy at SKC. In June she was 3rd again in Puppy at Humberside and then 2nd at Three Counties. By July she was established and her best result so far with Best Puppy in Breed at East of England Champ show.
She went on to be placed at her next 8 shows thro to January 2009.
At Crufts 2009 she was placed 2nd in Class and with further 2nd's at Southern CKCS Club and Birmingham National she was one of the 2010 Crufts entries.
